Each bar contains approximately 100-150mg of naturally occurring caffeine, depending on the flavor. Natural caffeine varies by the individual coffee bean and duration of the roast.

Each bar is made with 10 or less simple ingredients that you can easily pronounce. There are no artificial or synthetic flavors, preservatives, colors, or sweeteners. Rest assured, Pocket Latte takes active steps to responsibly source all of our ingredients. All of our flavors are kosher, and 3 out of 4 flavors are vegan.

Yes, all flavors contain tree nuts, except for our “Cream + Sugar” flavor.
Where does your coffee come from?
Pocket Latte sources coffee from carefully selected regions, most of which are in South America. All of our coffee is 100% arabica.

How long does it take to get my order?
We generally ship orders within a day. In the summer months, we only ship on Monday-Wednesday for most regions.
Why does Pocket Latte look and feel so much like chocolate?
Pocket Latte contains cocoa butter, which is a shared ingredient with chocolate but is also used in many skincare products and culinary applications. Our bars do not contain cacao nibs or cacao powders that are found in chocolate bars. In short, it’s a bar made of coffee that resembles chocolate.
Does Pocket latte make you crash like other energy snacks?
Pocket Latte puts only natural caffeine inside of our coffee bars. Unlike lab-made caffeine that has a quick rush followed by a crash, Pocket Latte provides a smooth buzz without the crash.
What’s the shelf life?
The recommended shelf life is eleven months from the manufacture date, but our coffee bars could last over a year if stored properly. We don’t recommend waiting, as the coffee may lose its lovely flavor after long term storage. Store in a cool place that is out of direct sunlight. We recommend consuming within a day or two after opening to maintain freshness.

How do I stop myself from eating 20 bars at a time?
We know, it’s tempting, but that would amount to 20 cups of coffee which is far more than the safe daily intake. We recommend not eating more than 2 in one day, in intervals throughout the day.
