You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. Returns will only be issued for dissatisfaction with the taste of our product.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in original condition* (unmelted, uncrushed, etc). To ensure these conditions are met, we require a picture of one opened package sent to to

Your item must be in original packaging when it is returned.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Due to varied heat conditions, we package each shipment in reusable insulated containers with ice packs, and ship using USPS Priority Mail. We tested this to work successfully in sustaining proper temperatures during transit across the United States. We cannot accept returns/refunds for melted products, as we’ve already covered our necessary bases. We strongly suggest that buyers track the shipment and retrieve package immediately upon arrival. Store in cool, dry place away from direct heat.


Once we approve your return request and receive your returned items, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
